Live in the Canary Islands

Own your bookings.
Skip the middleman.

BunnyOwn gives a small business its own booking site, its own calendar and its own guest list — then runs the follow-up for you. No commission per stay, no platform between you and the person who booked.

Built and run by Byte Bunny. Every villa booked through a BunnyOwn site keeps 100% of its rate — the owner pays for the platform, never for the guest.

The platform

Everything a small business needs to take a booking.

One site, one calendar, one back office. Each piece is useful on its own and better together.

  • Live

    Direct-booking sites

A fast, multilingual marketing site with the booking form built in. Your domain, your photos, your rates.

  • Live

    Calendars & availability

One calendar per asset, synced hourly with the channels you already list on. A held date is held everywhere.

  • Rolling out

    Content hub

Edit pages, posts and photos in one editor. Hit publish and the site rebuilds itself — no developer in the loop.

  • Rolling out

    Workflows that chase for you

Deposit reminders, arrival notes, deposit returns. Describe the process once; it runs itself and never forgets a step.

  • Planned

    Billing & invoices

A bookings ledger with invoices and card payments behind a thin provider boundary — so the provider can change and you won't notice.

  • Planned

    Team & workspaces

Bring staff in with the access they need and nothing more. One workspace per company, roles per person.

How it works

Your process, written down once.

Most booking software makes you fit its idea of a booking. BunnyOwn asks what yours looks like and then runs exactly that — the reminder at 48 hours, the manual approval on weekends, the deposit you return three days after check-out.

Behind it is an event log: every state a booking passed through, why, and what was sent. Nothing is lost when something goes wrong, and nothing gets sent twice when it recovers.

  1. Step 01

    A guest asks

The request lands on your own site. Dates are checked against the live calendar before anyone replies.

  2. Step 02

    The dates are held

A hold goes out to every channel at once, so the same week can't be sold twice while you wait for the deposit.

  3. Step 03

    The follow-up runs

Deposit link, confirmation, arrival note — sent on your schedule, in the guest's language, without you remembering.

  4. Step 04

    You stay in charge

Anything the process can't decide comes to you as a decision, not a notification you have to chase down.

Live sites
